Beta 7 Review

The Hardware Pub has slapped up a CS review, which takes a gander at all the CS maps too.

"If you've been following the latest CS and HL patches, you might have noticed that with each patch (excluding the HL 1.0.0.0, and CS Beta 6.5), that every new release includes new weapons, bug fixes, and of course, new maps. In that way of thinking, Beta 7 is just another CS release... don't get me wrong though, that is in no way a bad thing :)."



"Every Counter-Strike player knows that along with new beta releases, there are a lot of people that complain about what is new.. such as, "Counter-Terrorists always get the raw end of the deal with new betas", and "This netcode sucks! I can't play Half-Life anymore! Forget this!". Since I happen to enjoy the new beta, and personally don't see any difference ping-wise, I don't really have an opinion on this matter. As for Counter-Terrorists getting a raw deal, I believe its all on how you play the game. Well anyways, enough of my chatter, let's get moving, shall we?"
