new rules for flash since im lazy-
1. You must include the HTML file that comes with the SWF when you publish
2. NO clan 'advertising' comics. i swear, half of them are extremely retarded and have nothing to do with anything.
3. if something is wrong with you flash and its something major (not graphical, i mean, a show stopper. like having the user click play to play it or it isnt finished) it will not be posted.
4. if you can upload it to your site please do, this isnt a requirement though
