- low frame rates
First try uninstalling HL, reinstalling, getting the full patch, and then getting the Full CS.. If that doesn't work:
1. MAKE SURE NETGRAPH IS OFF!!! I cannot stress this enough, if you want to us netgraph, use net_graph 3.. Either way, I recommend you toggle it, there's no reason to leave it on all the time, it really bogs your FPS
2. Set fps_max to 100
3. Set max_shells, max_smokepuffs, and mp_decals all to 0
4. Set fastsprites to 3
5. Lower your res
6. Upgrade your computer

Go to Multiplay -> Internet Games -> Set your connect
Then check out 3d Spotlights Netplay tweaks, they're very informative and include information never seen before.
- Issues with DLLs!
Grab the patch off of Planet Half-Life, or something. It'll fix this issue for sure
- 'Only Losers Cheat'
Get the full install for 6.5, or get all the new models from a friend.. Either you're an assface for cheating, or your models are too big.
- 'server is enforcing file consistency for sprites/top_right3.spr'
Get the full install for 6.5, or get all the new sprites from a friend.. You're most-likely an assface for cheating.
