Well ill point out the flaws first:

1) arms

2) the hand doesn't look like he is holding the clip when he reloads.

3) Skin sucks

1) The model looks awsome.

It's a great model, but I dont really know about the skin. The arms look really stretched like Bokuho said. The default animations don't fit the model in my opinion, I also think they could have gone a little lighter instead of dark. Over all I would say it's alright, not good enough for replacement though.
