Radar Bug Fixed?

What's up with valve never fixing the console new game glitch either?

Thankfully. That was such an annoying bug, but I won't say it took forever to fix, because there's no rhyme or reason to why it happens. It just does. Like me actually killing an enemy, as opposed to a teammate. Anyways, I hate it when I go to a FF server, accidentally kill the admin, he says "why'd you do that" and I said "It was a damn accident- I only did 8 damage" "Use your radar" "I DON'T HAVE ONE!" ugh.

I can cause it to happen. Join a server and drop, go idle and let it kick you, or get kicked, or let a map load fail. Rejoin server, no radar...



Hope this helps some. I dont know what specifically causes it, but I know the circumstances that usually cause it for me.

ITs kinda like your spray how it sometimes seems likes its someone elses to your computer (logged in cache wrong?custom.hpk?), but to everyone else its urs, sometimes bugs happen.....8(

Hell it only took them almost 4 years to fix the sound bug. So 2 years is not all that bad.

The radar will never be truly fixed until you can actually see it without looking at the ground. Or all maps change their sky boxes to complete black. One or the other.

i wouldn't mind having the radar totally opaque, or at least the dots on it being opaque,looking at the ground is annoying

I suppose you can use a dark sprite. I always look down on the ground to see if the guy around the corner is a friend then get shot
