CSMC Map Installer v2.40

[CSN NewsBot]

CS Map Central has updated its Map Installer to v2.40. The Map Installer allows you to select maps off the CSMC database and then it installs them for you. Navigate to CSMC and check it out here. Click below for the changelist, and thanks to Red_Cape for the news.[break="click for changelog"]

• added an option whether or not the webpage will be launched after you install maps
  
  
• added an option to remember the selected installation directory
  
  
• added a shortcut to the csmapcentral webpage, for those of you that forget how to find it, hehe
  
  
• finally squished the bug that i thought had been caught in the last release.. this bug prevents new updates from auto-launching/installing. again, if any issues occur while updating, then you can manually run the installer by downloading from the website. sorry for the minor inconvenience

I don't really like the search clan maplist option but I like the not going to ur site and rember my directory thing. No offense on the not going to ur site but I close the window anyways, its just a burden to me.

i'd like the seqarch all function back.

hehe, well, awhile back i was submitting updates regularly, but csnation stopped posting my updates (the funny thing is, i was updating less frequently than i do now..), so i just stopped, decided to wait for larger version numbers, to submit



it just so happens that somehow they keep finding out anyways, hehehe



anyways, the clan maplist option, was especially made for my clan, WarCry... it's so we can keep a changing rotation of maps, but not haveta make someone download a friggin large mappack, and they don't haveta manually search for the maps all over the place..

that is how many maps >I< have that i haven't even installed yet... i've been working on an automatic repacker, but it's not done yet, still a few bugs, so i can't add those maps to the database yet, hehe :-)
