Jolt--a collection of servers, a league, and a map depot based in England--has expanded its operations to the US with JoltUSA. So far there are only servers in the East, but that will change soon. The UK Jolt has a great CS site, so check that out if you prefer tea over coffee and a normal lifestyle.
