Um. When he says he was lanned what does that mean? If you ask me, lanning would be cheap (because you don't know wheter or not they're using each others screens). So why would they say they were lanning???

    3:07 knew where enemy was.

3:16 amazingly anticipates which way enemy will pop out.

3:25 - 4:00 not watching 3, 6 or, 9. Clearly because he sees all the bogeys.

    *Time goes BACK, wtf?!*

3:45 not looking at where enemies would be.

Some instances of clear hacking, but then again, if he's this good in a cpl lan, then he can't be cheating, can he?

    Nice pulp fiction comments though!

        It's not illegal...

How might you suggest they ghost? Through a match bot? Maybe the 3 minute delayed HLTV? Their is something called locked force chase cam or something silly. You can only see from each other's perspective. There's also that lovely fade to black screen which scares all the cal-o players. LANing really has no advantage that you can't get from using Roger Wilco or BattleComm. Well, other than being able to see your fellow clan mates ugly mugs, if you consider that an advantage.

It makes me sad to see NavySeal and Wood trying to cover their tracks like this with the pathetic attempt of releasing a demo this blatant. I'm glad 2c had the maturity and professionalism to drop both players immediately, and take the loss. Hopefully there will be no hard feelings toward the team as a whole. Certainly the outcome of the match was a tremendous surprise to all of us, and I think this really does explain it.

SinaC, I was gonna clairify the LAN comments, but you beat me to it. If HLTV coverage of matches really is live, then a player could theoretically LAN and have a buddy tuned in, in which case ghosting would be easy. However, it seems like there's a bit of a delay in there (not sure how much) to try to comphensate for that. Don't know much on that aspect.

I really, REALLY hate fade to black, but welcome it with open arms in league play. Takes a lot of the fun away from the game, but it is good to eliminate a temptation to cheat.

Ah well, I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the LAN events are really the only ones that show you, for sure, who reigns supreme. Hopefully this incident will deter other cheaters from trying to join CAL-i play, though, so we can enjoy spectating the matches more.

By the way, mabye i'm an idiot but i don't think fade to black was on during the match, or it didn't show up in the demo...Not the HLTV demo of course, the first person demo. He only died one round, and fade to black definately was not on. Mabye a demo bug...or not.

Yes, fade to black is off now in the newer CAL config.

I personally, am super happy about it. I just can't stand f2b.

Although it's so very sad they're taking steps against even just alleged cheating in order to avoid even the image of doing so, I would have to agree that they are being professional about it, especially offering to take that loss.
That's not being professional, that's being retarded. It makes no sense to say that you aren't willing to win because of cheaters, then prove yourselves to be utterly stupid by stating that you're willing to LOSE because of cheaters. Doing so is as good as saying "Yes, we knew they were going to cheat. We all had a hand in this". If the clan as a whole DIDN'T know about it and DIDN'T have a hand in it, then why would they want to take a loss for something they didn't have anything to do with?

Any rational person would've wanted a rematch, nothing more, nothing less. Instead of making me suspicious of Navy Seal, it makes me suspicious about the cheat allegations and the intelligence of 2c.

Oh, and Wesley Willis is worth more than all of you combined. Just so you know.

I could pay to have him killed, but I'm too lazy to spend money on such things. Which makes him worth nothing to me.

I liked MikeJ's E-insults one. I can see mouth's rematch scenario but I'm not going to argue with any one because I know I'll lose.
