New CPL GUI

For all you LAN junkies, the CPL has released their new Counter-Strike GUI (Graphical User Interface). It is used at all CPL LANs. It also happens to be based off RzE's CS Helper, which is hosted here on CS-Nation, and is made by our own rizzuh.

The Cyberathlete Professional League Netcode staff of Manuel Hoedemakers, Frank Nuccio and Andreas Thorstensson has determined that ex_interp 0.1 (changed from .05) is more suitable for a LAN environment.

I'm not sure about you, but to me that means the 3 men with funny names took one look at VALVe's email, and decided to change ex_interp. The other change they made had something to do with buy scripts, I believe. I doubt it will affect anything. Many CAL-i players claim to use the CPL GUI in online play, which I think is stupid. I believe you should at least change rates. Either way, you can get the CPL GUI for LAN or internet play at-this-spot-on-the-internet. Thank you N1ghtSt@lker for letting me know about this!

A new Cyberathlete Professional League GUI has been released for those of you planning on attending this year's CPL. The scripts are once again powered by RzE's CS Helper.



Speaking of the CS Helper, it has been upgraded to version 16.3.

My config is default except for sensitivity, smoke at white, and talk is bound to mouse wheel pressed down.

Have you ever used ex_interp at 0.05? Probably not, and if you think there is no difference between 0.1 and 0.05, that's fine, but it'd be better if you just went back to your "24/7 Dust/Iceworld" servers with StatsME and ChickenMod.

It's aliases and a updated advanced menu. In other words, it's designed for CPL usage and don't touch it.



The meat of the download is adding the CPL logo to your background on the CS launcher.

Ex_interps effects are so minimal, I hate when all these people go around complaining about interp levels ect...skills > cfg.



Good thing valves removing the ex commands in 1.6, less of these lame "cfg" complainers.
