    The opening match of the second CAL-Draft season was played tonight. Being the nice guy I am, I have decided to give you the results!



    Digital Alliance -over- irongiants :: 19-5 (10-2, 9-3) HLTV demo

    Minds over Mice -over- Carbon Based Lifeforms :: 21-3 (11-1, 10-2)

    Red Legion -over- Riot Police :: 17-13 (6-6, 6-6, 5-1) sickness' POV icesalmon's POV

    If you don't know what CAL-Draft is, I suggest you visit the CAL-D site. I can't really explain it to you, because I don't know a whole lot about it. I guess that it's just like football's draft, and there are managers, you can trade players, etc. It has many CAL-i players, so it's worth watching. I'll post results and demos after every match, maybe even try to get you HLTV IPs before the matches start!

                    Draft is basically NFL for CS. No player can simply join the league at will, they must go through a draft to enter the league. Also player can't leave Draft teams at will, they must sit out a season or two depending on when they decide to leave. This creates teams that won't disband and a system where players and teams can become fixtures in the community. Hopefully we can keep growing this league and people will become more and more interested in it.
