Feyenoord at home is very strong in European matches, but yes it's possible, but very unlikely.. Although AJAX beat them at home 1-2 in the league.. :)



I'm infact a AJAX fan, and I hope they will bury Lyon tonight!!

If he did indeed throw his match, as he is claiming, he should have kept his damn mouth shut until the tournament was over as it becomes an area of controversy. If a professionall boxer throws a match he is fined, and even possibly ejected from the league. This "match throwing" is the same thing at WCG, it should never take place. It is simply unsportsmanlike and frankly I think the Americans have the right to appeal this as if that is indeed the case...well we will let the individuals that handle the appeal answer that.

Sure Cooller's decision to throw the match was tactically sound. His decisions to open is mouth and throw the match in an obvious way were not. I don't doubt that professional teams throw matches to manipulate post-season/pool breaks. However, they don't get to announce it. The reason they don't admit it is because, while they 'can' throw matches, they 'may' not.



Moreover, even if everyone else is throwing matches, that doesn't justify someone throwing another match. 'Everyone is doing it' doesn't make it right.



I find xredebility's comment ammusing. He says that if Zero4 wanted to break, he should have won his matches. Well, duh. But xredebility is really saying that the better players should move on. He hit the nail on the head there, but he doesn't realize that Cooller's action undermined that goal. It doesn't matter if Zero4 is better than radic, what matters is that because Cooller threw his match, we'll never know. Cooller's action was antithetical to xredebility's value (and a good one it is) that 'the best person should win'.



That 3D - FOP match was ugly. Stayed up and watched it. Eeek. Thankfully they beat Korea and LnD. If they beat A-laget they'll get out. The might make it even if they don't win their last match. LnD and Korea were 0-2 last I checked. Hungary (FOP) was 1-1. If FOP loses 3D could get out with a 2-2 record.

Wow, is Mayers from France known to be a powerhouse? They took down the mighty Infinite E-sports 20-4 in Inferno. They dominate their other two matches 18-6 and 22-2 too.



I don't think 3D will stand a chance against A-laget. But I'll keep my fingers crossed and watch the match tonight.

One of their players, however, is called Mayers. And i think some mixup in the registration caused them to call the whole team Mayers.



GG|Mayers is probably their best player :) And yes they are known to be very good team. At least in the past, so it seems like they have made a comeback. Besides, Infinity-Esports is a British clan.. and it doesn't really stand chance against the tops of Europe imho. They have nice teamplay and all but individual skill just isn't enough compared to the Swedes or the Norwegians etc
