No, they can't. This server-side solution cannot be bypassed.

If they can hack server netcode, wallhacks are the last thing to worry about, so... yeah.

Well done to valve, first effective solution they have provided by working on their own solutions and ignoring what the hackers are working on. Played, though that one percent rizzuh mentioned may always be a problem this is the largest breakthrough for a long time. Just aimbots now eh?
