What about those people who do get addicted to the internet? What about those people who think those nicknames are more important than family and friends? It's unhealthy. I dont see why people shat their pants about like too much time online. Its just like if i hung out with my friends at a local bar too much, just cs is a fun neutral enviornment where you can play with people you know, at least i do play with people i know in real life. ahh well CS>sims

Also, your local bar example is over-simplified. Ask any psychologist. In a bar you are interacting with real people. We all know how Internet personalities usually are. (sarcasm). It's not how much time you spend online; The problem arises when you dispel your real relationships for ones founded on the Internet. It happens. That's the bad part.
Now, of course, insert the clause about this does not hold for every single case. Sure great things can happen. But that's the exception rather than the rule.
