i'view: team rival

Last night, Sublyme sat down with Rival's Siege to gain insight into the the latest CAL-i championship clan. Rival joins the ranks of X3, DoP, TSO, and 3D; they all proved fairly successful runs at the CPL tournament after winning the CAL-i finals. Here's a tidbit:

CS-Nation: How do you feel about the west finally becoming dominant in the Counter-Strike community? In the past, competition has usually been tougher from east coast teams.



Rival|Siege: It's great to have the West finally get some respect, there's always been great talent over here and it hasn't gotten the respect it deserves... maybe that'll change; West vs West final, how great is that? :)

Good interview Sublyme, glad to see that Rival's hard work payed off. Of course, it's too bad that WEW's hard work didn't pay off, heh, but so it goes, and the CPL qualifiers should still be interesting.

Wouldn't be suprised if SK wins CPL again. I still don't think the U.S. has much of a chance against the European teams.
