nondenominational

adj : not restricted to a particular religious denomination; "a nondenominational church"



Someone who claims to be "Christian" would be nondenominational, as opposed to someone who claimed to be a Catholic, a Protestant, a Methodist, etc.



I got that it was meant to be a joke, but it's not really an oxymoron as it stands. Perhaps "nonreligious Christmas calendar" was more what you had in mind?
