For everyone else that's not skipping school to wait for a beta that's not coming out this week, here a daily dose of news.

• fileshack has released a counter-strike: condition zero trailer for the work that ritual has done thus far. the one minute nine second file is available for download right here. please note registration is required, but it's free. thanks refresh33.
  
  
  
  
• counter-strike operator 2.0 has been released. cs:operator is a replacement for weapons (including items), sprites, and menu interfaces. check them out, and then grab the download here. thanks spoonman.
  
  
  
  
• so i told a little fib... the steam support site has updated their news box. since we already know that beta 1.6 did not come out yesterday(stop whining), just stay tuned to cs-nation, and keep up to date with cs-nation's preview of 1.6.

Just remember, when we know something about the beta, we will post it for everyone to see. There is no need to spam asking when it will come out.
