America was never on top. Asians have never been on top, and have never really come close. The Scandinavians and sometimes Germans have dominated the scene since it became international. 3D won ONE international event, that doesn't put America on the top of the scene.

X3 won an event with what.. two teams that weren't from North America attending. Even so, winning a single event hardly puts you at the top, just like 3D. DoP was never on top of the international scene.

Well I'm talking about the international competitive scene. If they consistently beat all the NA teams, they'd be considered the top of NA, but without the inclusion of the Euros, how can you say that the top NA players are better than the Euros?
