For tabs, can you use it on any site or does the site have to have some kind of special code in it?

do you mean viewing a certain sites tab while on another site, or if a site creates a tab?

I don't know... I'm just wondering if you can use the feature on any site or whatever. Oh well, i'll just download it.

Ok, well, if a site releases a tab and you download it, you can view it on any site. All you gotta do is pull out your side bar. =)

And do download it. If you wanna disable pop ups, do this (this is for Mozilla 1.0):

            Edit > Preferences

            Advanced > Scripts & Windows

Uncheck the first 3 options under "Allow Webpages To" (the white box).

If you get Mozilla 1.1, I think its the first 2 options if I'm remembering correctly.

            Enjoy!

Thanks for the popup tips too, but I have a popup stopper already...

Table sizes have been reduced so there is no more overlapping. This problem existed in Internet Explorer too, but was rarely visible. The CSS file for the site has been improved with some Mozilla definitons. Forms and such now have the site's color scheme and a correct size, as to not be annoying.
So interesting. So so interesting. This site is getting nerdier and nerdier by the minute! Soon it'll be no better than the computing labs at Uni... What next, updates on the next series of Star Trek? Screengrabs of Dr. Who and their relation to modern Counter-Strike society?

Sigh. I know there's news filtering, but I don't filter cos some things ALWAYS slip through.

Hey, I'm not saying I wasn't nerdy once. In fact, I was a huge nerd up to a couple of years ago, and I admit it. But I can't stand thinking about it.

I got Gente when I was about 10. My gran said it was 'gentle', so I thought I'd be really clever and just remove the 'l' to get 'gente'. I pronounced it Gentee at the time, and then later realised an accented 'e' would be better. With the accent it probably means something offensive in some language...

BTW, when I refer to 'nerd', I always mean 'computer nerd'. Otherwise it's just 'geek'. Weird I know, but it's the way I do it. I'm doing a programming course at Uni so I'm surrounded by them and it REALLY gets on my nerves when I overhear them talking nerdy. Why did I do the course? Because that's where my skill seems to lie. I'll probably go into teaching afterwards, definetely not somewhere where I have to be among the same people as I spent 4 years at Uni with. Not Microsoft, not IBM, but somewhere with a more even gender ratio. I've spent too much of my life being nerdy and I'm going to make up for it.

Whoa, that's a load off my chest. But I feel great.

Not saying I'm not a nerd now, but a LOT less than I used to be.

Looks like everyone just got their revenge on me. Was just looking for the iron (my mum seems to hide it). In my searh I opened an box to find it had some food processing blades inside. I feel searing pain. I've got a lon cut on the tip of my lft indx finger. Just spent minutes with it under the tap nd put plaster on it (while my dog looks on inuisitivly), and now can barely type with it.

Argh, jus noticed I have blood marks on kb! It really stings!

Just thought u all should know that I'm being punished.

Trust my mum to be away til tomorrow - the ex-Nurse and First Aid teacher who could happily find the disinfectant spray and gice this fking finger a decent bandaging....

Loks like itll be 4 months before it's mostly healed. *%*&$%&$%.

Add a curve to the bottom right hand corner as well - complete symmetry and looks nice!
