I'll update this post as HLTV ips become availible. Let's take a look at tonight's matchup:
On de_dust2, zEx and 3D will be meeting for the title of CAL-Invite Season 5 Champions. Not many can claim this, although members of 3D have held this title several times in the past while playing for X3. zEx has steadily been improving over time, defeating top team after top team but they still haven't cracked that top echelon known as 3D. However, in their last encounter in the regular season, zEx and 3D had a tied game 15-15, so it's really anyones game in this title match. An important thing to note is that de_dust2 doesn't really follow the normal standard of de_ competition maps; meaning, it is more terrorist sided than counter-terrorist sided. Therefore, this match will be handed to the most aggressive and powerful team tonight, as the match will depend heavily on who can make the first shots and frags every round. In all honesty, I wouldn't be surprised if this match went into double overtime. But for my final prediction, I'm going to say
3D -over- zEx :: 13-11

The final cal-invite match is coming up this Monday night at 8:00pm CST and CAL is going to be broadcasting it on Games Net. Its between the famous 3D with their new lineup and the stable zEx. CAL will be running a score bot for the entire match #caleague on irc.gamesnet.net. They want to make this the biggest online spectator event ever. They have been working very hard with Art of War Central to provide HLTV coverage of this event. AoWC is going to provide enough HLTV relays to hold up to 1500 online spectators. Last match against 3D and GX the HLTVs held over 800 online spectators and there were a total of 831 users in #caleague. So get on over to #caleague on irc.gamesnet.net to watch the best match this season between the top two cal invite clans battle it out for first place.HLTV ips:
