If it helps you noobs out there, dont matter if you have steam v1 or v2, btw steam v2 is not out yet, but v1 is. Use v1 to download cs 1.6 works the same, you ll get shitloads of errors on the way because of all the fgts like me and you with nothing better to do than to spam their cheesy servers in the hope of getting to play 1.6. All this for lame ass weapons and redecorated maps.

Holy shit, Steam is awesome. It's like GSA but way way better, and so frikkin easy. Just love the animation in the right hand corner.



Note to people with small hard-disks, Steam is a hog. It caches all games into itself (so you have games twice, basicly).
