Being as we Brits (somehow) practically invented the sophisticated, modern world, why do websites still insist on using PST and EST, confusing the masses?

and with all this going on with stream. will there be a normaly install exe like allways for the simple of mind like myslef.

cos i not every clear on this . will we now have to use stream to play cs ??

beta maybe 1-3months? 1.6 will update like 1.5 when its ready i believe.
