I should have put more thought into my submission. In hindsight, de_retribution was not a stellar choice, but then again, I really would not like my name immortalized on the new map to further solidify anyone's presumptions of my total loserness.

goose, de_armory is a great name, they shoulda pickd that. oh well. bw, my name was de_cache, cause its sorta a weapons cache thing, uh...you get the idea... cache or armory shoulda won, comrade sounds stupid..imagine, you're in the server "hey admin, can we go to comrade next?" wouldn't it sound so much cooler to say, "hey admin, can we do armory next?" or "admin, let's do de_cache next" ....bah, cache and armory are the best, but anyhoo, who cares, its justa map name. what matters is the map!

damn, I lost too. I thought my submission de_tension was good because it describes the nature of close-quarters combat plus the goal of escalating tensions between the world powers.

de_comrade is a joke, how long did it take to come up with that one?

almost all current map names describe the environment or setting of the map, wtf is comrade meant to represent?
