I am currently updating CS through steam but even on cable it says 140 min...also I am getting a Precondtition Assertion failed error but if I leave it alone or ignore I can keep downloading? Is this bad for my comp?

it wont take 140 mins.. thats just what it says
and if its downloading dont worry.. your comp should be fine

all ive got is updating cs window with preparing to play cs and a box... and a checkbox, play game and cancel
