for some reason my game crashes while loading a server at parising info or somthing like that

Get Steam up and running first of all. Once you're signed in subscribe to Counter-Strike (double click it) and then let it update (took me about 14 minutes). Then get in and try and find a server. Good luck.

Okay i might be stupid... but has any 56ker downloaded 1.6?

Ive got steam all 'chugging' (lol pun.. i rule) and ive got the updating cs window but nothing seems to be happning..

im not heaps fussed, im happy to wait as cs 1.5 is good..

you should all chill.. your getting something for free, dont expect it on a silver platter

this is so gay i reinstalled steam and now it isnt working! it wont even load up it says steam-error coudnt connect to steam network and it worked before wtf is up with this!!! anyone have this problem?

Well all's installed hunky dorey on my pc. Took 10 mins after registering to do all it's background "parsing" watchamecallit download jobby. Connected to several servers - riot shield is a riot, both new guns seem kewl, dunna bout the pause on the secondary fire on the new wep.



Airstrip looks like it can be a fun map too.
