Jeffernaut, over at the Got Lag? Gaming Network has posted the first article in the websites history, "State of CS Community Address." Just like the title says, its about the current state of the CS community and online gaming in general. Here's a pretty large chunk of the article:

Finally, the issue of hackers. This I've never, EVER understood. Believe it or not, gamers, hacker protection does work. I've SEEN it, trust me. Just because someone is good doesn't mean that they're hacking. You wouldn't go into the Cal finals and accuse the top clan of hacking. You wouldn't go to CPL and accuse people of hacking. The real glory of false accuastions is anonyminity. At a LAN, if you yell across the room "B1LL`/ is a hacker!" Billy, a 6'3 220 pound international judo champion and professional killer will lurch over towards you and devour you. Online, though, you're the baddest guy in the whole damn town. Hell, you might even have FACIAL HAIR. And another thing... If you hang out in IRC, I'm sure you've seen this, and probably have even said it, "I just got accused of being a hacker!"

I didn't bother reading the article but that quote is BS. Because I just left a server that had a hacker on it. VAC can kiss my ass. The guy had a wallhack and speed cheat going, running out of corners killing 2 or 3 guys with a USP that sounded like a para and running back in a corner.... Which was amazing in the first place since he pinged 500+ on that server. Haha, good player my ass



Besides I looked at the CPL scores, and I was sickened. How could a clan be in CPL and lose so badly? They're supposed to be good clans no? I mean taking it to the hill is a match. Not 15 and 0 BS The lossing clan souldn't have even been allowed in the CPL. wtf....

I like it. I like his m4 better. the hack is ok. I use Sixs m4 still. Of course on CZ arms but still strykers anims. (nothing comes close to his anims IMO) The hack is ok but I dont really like Commandos or the unanimated strap. Pretty nice.
