GotFrag Rankings Updated

Midway, of GotFrag, has updated the official GotFrag CS Rankings of North America, Europe, and the world overall.

It has been awhile but well worth the wait as CPL Copenhagen, CXG Sweden Qualifier, CAL-I Playoffs, UGS-Pro Playoffs, and of course the WCG Grand Finals have all taken place since our last update of the GotFrag Rankings. Even with the long period not much has changed with a few teams moving around and mostly remaining stagnant.

In the World Rankings, Team SK seems to be holding on to the #1 position with a tight grasp, as lately they have been on a winning streak. Team 3D maintains the first spot in the North America Rankings, but after Team Stomping Ground's Season 9 Championship, they fall in a close second. In the European Rankings, SK is placed in number one without any surprise, and Gamepoint.AMD takes the second rank with 226 points.

Nice post...never heard of much of gamepoint.amd...maybe because they changed names from Frontline...but in the same token..never heard much of Frontline either...so go figure

#1, Gamepoint.AMD/Frontline[EYE] placed second at the CPL Copenhagen (Europe) event which took place like two weeks ago. They also have finished second the last two seasons of SEL, Swedish eSports League, and are currently the last team to beat SK.swe at CXG Swedish Qualifier a couple months ago.



#2, Adrenaline is still a European team with all of their players coming from Sweden. They would be moved from the European poll to the USA poll if they actually plan to stay and compete in CAL but word is they will be leaving for home when CXG finishes in January. So think of their stay as an extremely long bootcamp or practice session against USA teams.

Well if they are European but just temporarily staying the US then they still are European. What happens when Euro teams go to the CPL finals in America, do they then all become American teams?
