There's a short interview with clan Green Berets up at Domain of Games. Several of GB's members take part in a grueling seven question interview. In case you didn't know, GB took powerhouse clan zEx into overtime in the second round of CAL-i playoffs. Read the interview, if you're interested. Does anyone know what happened to Jame^s. The way that [GB]-Rector wrote his answer made it seem like something happened to him or that he left.

"I'm not sure if James knows just how much we have accomplished, but we all hope it lives ups to the dreams he had when he formed this team."



I found this intresting and would really like to know.

Anyways.. Good luck to them next season. Hope they stay together as i hate it and i feel bad when good clans die.

I doubt that you can find an avi of an actual match. You can download dem files but not avi. CS movies usually showcase good frags instead of a whole match. Good CS movie to see would be Frag Or Die.

i do believe that James is a real life green beret, and was called to active duty overseas. i could be wrong, but i'm not.

Jame^s is a marine (not a green beret...) and was deployed abroad (he obviously didn't know exactly where at the time) before the end of 2002. He freaking better come back to us so he can be damn proud of the clan he helped reform and lead. He's stationed out of Camp Lejune, NC and if his punk-self isn't back soon I'm going to pick up Rector and we'll both drive down there and beat the crap out of him whenever he does. :P

There are no .avi for matches because nobody wants to take the time to convert them when you can just watch the default .dem files that half-life creates when you record demos. To view these demos either download geekplay (http://www.geekboys.org/geekplay/ and follow the instructions or use the default half-life viewing commands.



1. put the .dem in your "cstrike" directory

2. open up cs and get to your console

3. type "playdemo biowinz.dem" to play a demo named "biowinz" OR

type "viewdemo biowinz.dem" to play the demo with a little GUI that can be toggled by pressing F2 (this GUI will allow you to rewind, fast forward, watch in slow motion, etc.)



Personally, I way prefer geekplay because it allows you to do everything the half-life demo viewer does, but it has the benefits of having a GUI too.



If you're looking for excellent demos, check out http://www.gotfrag.com. They have an extensive database of demos. Another site for a ton of demos is http://www.sogamed.com, but it's painfully slow for most people not in Europe.
