Phoenix Connexxion is giving away servers for the next three months. All you have to do is register for their site here. Here's what they have to say:

Phoenix Connexxion ("PHXX") will be giving away a 12 man private server (3 month term). We will do this for the next 3 months. Conditions for winning this server are easy! All users that register with a valid email address at www.phxx.net will automatically be included in a drawing to be held on the last day of the month (first contest giveaway, April 30,2003). Winners will be notified via email.



PHXX servers are located in a tier-1 facility in Virginia. It provides top-notch bandwidth for the best possible connection. Providers includes UUNet, ATT, Sprint, Level 3, Qwest.

PHXX's server owners have full access to their server via a custom developed control panel that includes the ability to upload maps/models/sprites/etc. Full access to configuration files is available as well as a less "technical" version for new server owners! Phxx Contest

Phoenix Connextion, dedicated to bringing high performance game servers and services to the gaming community, is currently holding a contest with a prize worth up to $400 in value. What is required is a bit of your clever side, as in order to win, you must create something relatively funny. Your submission can be almost anything, such as an animated gif or a short video that must have a comical side to it. However, you are required to have PHXX.net or PHXX.com somewhere in your project that should be sent prior to Christmas time.

i owned a server of their's once. no probs i get a great ping. had to drop it when my loser a$$ clan broke up. Trying to get in their personal clan is tuff.
