I've heard of it but I got bored with the dicks in CS pubs a while ago and just scrim now. I'm not saying that this mod/pubbing is bad, but I just coulnd't put up with the people saying h4x/n00b/im the greatest gift to CS thing over and over.

Oh ya the mod....I got on my pubbing rant again....never played it, but the interview was well done.

WC3 mod is fun, but what usually ends up happening is the better players will get more kills, get higher levels, and stay on the top, while the weaker players will get less kills, get less abilities, get creamed by those who have better abilities, and generally stay on the bottom.

AGREED. playing oin the war3 mod servers is fun every now and again, but unless you can level up really fast(defeating the purpose of having upgrades in the first place) it is very, very hard to kill others who who have been playin the server non-stop for 5 days...when the enemy can kill u with only a shot or two and then if u do end up getting a round off, he evades it and then once you hit him his thorns kill u...Not too much fun huh...? but i do enjoy the fact that somebody has made an effort to put a twist on the game we love so dear...although it dos get boring really fast...now only if cs 1.6 could be fully released in the time 1,000,000,000 new plugins will be made...

I played on a wc3 mod'ed server once and I can honestly say I will never EVER play on one again. But you guys go have your fun on it.

i say theres nothing wrong with having a bit of fun with a mode like wc3. many ppl are getting tired of CS's monotinous gameplay. im not saying cs is always monotonous, but im a person who prefers to play a rats server every once in a while.



for CS is about fun, nothing else....seeing de_dust or de_aztec for the millionth time is tired and frankly gives me a bit of a headache. Its nice for a bit of change once in a while.

what i am going to say is you people are playing w3 mod for a change of game, so why not just change game completely? you're only keeping CS because it is CS and you really like it, but why don't you try games that are just made better, for example w3 itself, Natural Selection (RTS/FPS hybrid) or any other game?



Im not saying all of you should burn in hell, I'm saying that you should try to change game if you're bored of CS. Not playing a little tuned version of a game.

When it comes to FPS/RTS crossbreeds, I clearly prefer Natural Selection over WC3-CS.

This mod is fun. It's a nice change of pace from the monotanous gameplay. The nades are even more realistic. I'm sorry, but even wearing Kevlar, if a nade blows up and you're within 15 meters, you are dead.... dead, not alive with 25-50 health. It's ironic that a Fantasy mod makes grenade physics more realistic. Anyways, from reading a lot of the posts, there seem to be too many CS assclowns who think any change is bad. The powers are fun, and the sheer randomness of Orc nades tends to even out the perpensity for experienced players to own.

Mabey the reason that kid in romainia had a mental break down was he played for those 9 days on a W3 server. 9 minutes on one now makes me insane
