i wouldnt be suprised if HL2 had that and more, considering mos tgames do now (by now i mean comming out and a few that have been released). what i would really love to see is bodies interacting with the enviornment in a relaistic way, such as ut2k3, which i only played the demo of. but when you kill someone they dont fall into a wall or glitch into whatever, they bounce off or rest against it.

why does half-life have to have a sequel? its fine being left of the way it is. the government covered up the black mesa incident by only letting Gordon live. Sheppard from opposing force dies anyways and barney and a few scientists make it out. whose going to believe a security guard and a couple of scientists? they probably all went insane anyways. and Gordon is working for the G-Man now.

In Half-Life, the part in the Black Mesa Complex was awesome. I hated going to Xen (or whatever it was called) though, I only completed it to beat the game, it felt like a chore though. I hope they kep it back here on earth for HL2. :/

I half-life...i um reached the end with some *ehm* help. Yeah but see it wont let me see the finishing scene without having cheats off so umm yeah theres no way in hell im beating the big boss without cheats.



SO.....

1. Could someone tell me a way to finish it with cheats..ie can i turn them off after i beat the boss

2. Does anyone know the name of the "level" of the final scene like c#a# or something

3. COuld someone describe it?

Alright here's the Half-Life 2 plot gossip I've been grasping onto to because I think it sounds cool....



Apparently the aliens from the first Half-Life are actually the "good guys" (the ones you've been killing...d'oh!). The REAL bad guys are the ones turn up in the sequel. The original aliens were apparently being big girlie wusses and looking for somewhere to hide. Poor Babies. It seems the wanted to take refuge on Earth and in order to check the place out, decided they'd "test" the Humans to see if they'd make good allies or not. So all that running around and killing stuff in the first game was to just prove how macho you are.



I read that in the July 2001 issue of the Official U.S. Playstation Magazine. It was part of the hype surrounding the release Half-Life on the Playstation2.
