This is rizzuh reporting in for another mailbag! This week's topic: common newbie mistakes! Okay so we've had a topic exactly like this about forty times in the past two months, but every time we learn that newbies really are stupid. Here's an entry from the smartest man in the world:

me trying to stay at the spawn pretending im lagged while the guy comes to knife me. this didnt work beacause i usualy got bored went to get a coke and then came back dead. knifed again.

The last week has been quite an interesting one. Last Saturday, we posted our Edgecentral.com give-away where we're sending some lucky adults (18 or older only) knives, ninja stars, and lighters. On Wednesday we brought you another issue of Counter-Point, which a lot of our visitors seemed to enjoy. And, finally, on Thursday Threeboy hooked us up with a new wallpaper calendar! the screaming "NI!" thing is actually not that uncommon. i once played on this server where a guy called Novelty Dong would constantely scream "DONG!" into his voice comm.

Actually Rizzuh...I was in one of those commercials, did you see the one with the tall black guy? yeah that wasn't me but the short, fat white guy behind him eating a twinkie. that was me. yeap, im a movie star, you should be thankful to be able to talk to me

i can remember buying all the different guns to try them out, and then dying before killing anyone. fun days

yup i can to, the awp was horrid when u tried it out on your team mates in ur spawn and u killed them. yup the good ol days. oh and never use the duels, THEY SUX
