I can't see how HL2 will run well in HIGH detail on the Xbox.



It's too slow of a proc, and the Graphics arn't all that good either.

Actually the 2200+ runs at 1.8 ghz the 1800+ is like 1533 or something like that.

Maybe he has it overclocked... but you are right it is closer to 1.6

If they wanted to sell out like that they could at least have gone with a machine that has a larger installed user base, like lets say the dreamcast or any other console out there. No ones buying the Xbox thats why MS is having to cut the price yet again. So what iif it doesn't look as good they can make more money by putting on the PS2 or what not. I find this kind of ironic. You play Half Life/CS on you're computer, and you need a Microsoft Windows operating system, and you're fine with that. But as soon as it's announced on Microsoft's console, people go nuts. I smell a bit of a contradiction going on.
