good. i NEVER have more then 30 fps with 23489723 tweaks, highfpsmodels and cl_drawviewmodel 1. mostly i have around 15-20 fps

yes well the best tweak you can buy is called Grahic Card though.



Low end doesn't necessarily mean the guy with a 8 meg integrated chip.



Sure, no need to go for a 9800 but what GeForce 2 - possibly GeForce 3 is called low end

i have $10 right now, live in the middle of the forest, so kind of work here, no mothly cash from parent...so its kinda hard to get the $$$

Well then get a faster processor or more memory. I used to use a 500mhz with a Riva TNT and 16mb of RAM and i got a decent 20-35 fps.

thats the stange thing, i have a celeron (yuck) p2 747mhz, 256mbRAM gforce2 and winXP... :S
