Oh and the reason why Xbox has such high specs and stuff because Microsoft also does computers remember? The xbox sucks, not the games. Halo is really cool :)

true, but perhaps you could use xlink to tunnel to a game server? although i totally doubt that could ever happen anyways. I play my xbox online without Live!, but only against halo people.

Actually when Phantom comes out It's supposed to be able to play with people on PC as well as other people using Phantom.

Off topic but don't you find it Ironic that you can put Linux on the xbox and use it as a computer? Btw a 10gig hard drive isn't much....

The new weapon, player models and shadow effects equal pure sweetness! (i don't know about the sounds though... did you hear the gunshot of the pump shotgun in that flic? yuk!)

BTW the players don't seem to be AI controlled...

i think, since they're talking about Xbox live, the players are being controlled by actual human players.

and besides their behaviors and maneuvers seem something i would see from spectating a human player in CS.

The shotgun sounded odd because it was from far away, at least I'm pretty sure.

does this mean that xbox users have to buy a mouse and keyboard to play? Cuz they would get owned if they tried playing CS with one of those xbox controllers. The only good 1st person shooters on consoles are medal of honor and halo, the other ones, I found, were too hard to control. Is it like that for CS? Are combos like "push x, r2, z, t, a9 and hold down g to pull out your primary weapon"?

I'm kinda anti-xbox a little, but I gotta admit the trailer looked really cool. Especially the knifing part.

That's why nice people out there have made it easy for people like me to swap the hard drive (mine was 8gigs) out and put a much bigger drive in (120gigs). A company is actually selling a new case for your xbox that is very similar to a computer case (HD bays, etc)

Apparently only X-box players will know the creamy goodness of the machette and syringe. Perhaps it is for the better. Also it hasn't been mentioned in the PC version previews about that lighting effect that tries to emulate the eye adjustment period when going frome dark to light areas or when getting beaned by a flashbang.

Did anybody else think that the player models looked a little short and stumpy? And how did the guy with the shield not hear the T jumping down behind him? but the lighting effects are nice.
