    New ATI Drivers

For those CS fans out there with an ATI RADEON video card, you'll want to grab the latest CATALYST drivers. The latest version, 3.4, fixed a nasty bug with HL/CS which resulted in the system not responding after pressing the escape key.

I recently bought an ATI RADEON 9700 Pro myself and I'm happy with it. It's reliable and very speedy. The escape bug was the only issue I found in the drivers, and luckily that's been fixed.

    New ATI Drivers

ATI Catalyst 3.7 drivers for the ATI Radeon series of graphics cards have been released. This drivers update fixes a variety of serious issues. One fix is important to CS players like me who use anti-aliasing in combination with a Radeon video card. Screenshots taken with these settings produced a corrupted image, but that bug has now been fixed.

You can find the driver files on FileShack: Windows XP/2000 - Windows 98/Me.

I'm probably not going to write three pages about CSX, have two pages on HL2, and a sixth page about what else happened that day. In fact, I probably won't bring it up again and if I did author some sory of massive article it certainly wouldn't be posted tomorrow morning at 12 AM Pacific.

Everyone should disregard your post since you can't even spell NVIDIA correctly.

They actually came out with the FX 5900, which (unfortunately, sinse I don't especially like nVidia) beats out the new Radeon 9800 256. It still has a huge fan that takes up an entire expansion slot, and even though it's still considerably louder than the Radeon cards, it's a lot quieter than the vacuum effect on the first GeForce FX.
