The PunkAss Fraggers have released version 3 of their Ultimate Splash Pack. What's this, you chant. Well, that's what I'm here to tell you. The Ultimate Splash Pack replaces all of your models, sounds, HUD, console, menus, sprites, and about anything you can think of. Is your Aug looking a little bland? Is that dreary AK getting you down? Tired of shooting the same old blocky GIGN? This pack may be for you. It weighs in at 74 MB, but it comes packed with all the bells and whistles that you could hope for. This link definitely deserves a click. Maybe even two.

and that pack sucks. the stuff doesnt go together at all, its so inconsistent. some guys just threw some models together while they reall ydont go together at all.

To be honest, the Fusion Packs (and the Assault series) are VERY well done, but the disappointed thing is that the word 'freeware' doesn't exist in their world.Comment

Or the word "credit" as in the credit due to the authors, which Games Fusion steals the models from and then sells as their own. While the Fusion Pack might pick out a few good models, I would never pay to support such flagrent illegal and unethical behavior.
Anyway, Palehorse's Actionpak is hosted right here on CSN, and is a much better pack, for those who like all-in-one simplicity.Comment

This is sorta related to the map-pack- does anyone know where I can get the matrix lobby map shown on the POTD today? That looks cool- wish they put that into the mappack.
The laguna map is rpetty nice- has decent outdoor sizes.Comment

That credit thing with Games Fusion has been solved a while ago, they now give full credits.
Now they started something else, remember that beatifull AK-47 by Shrike (and the rest)? In the read-me file it clearly said that games-Fusion were not allowed to use it! And what did they do? Yes, they used it against the authors will...
Or just try out another pack, CS Realism Update is quite popular, it has over 80,000 downloads so far.

Why don't the authors of the models contact gamesfusions hosts and demand they be deleted?
It's copyrighted material. If I can get a image ripping punks hosting taken away why not with the models?Comment
