3D is not cocky at all, I had no problem getting an interview with KSharp and Torbull. They are really nice guys as long as you don't go off on a shit train with them.
You are right about one thing though, CS is seen for "nerds only," here in America. Over in Europe it is more accepted, so thus more people are willing to go professional with it and e

Um, in Sweden, competitive CS is still considered nerdy, it's worse in the US but it's not as accepted as you might think.
For one, European teams are better because the development of their broadband is a newer thing, meaning more efficiency. It's not entirely their connections, but it helps alot. The size of the countries like Sweden and Norway also help other top players find each other, and it also makes LANing much easier than it is in the US.
I think Europe got into competitive gaming faster than the US did in the beginning, so it makes being a real "pro gamer" easier, as long as you have the dedication and skill. I know Scandinavian countries are competitive, but also very friendly with their competition, unlike the US teams like 3D and zEx who make friends, but I see alot of flaming from American teams.Comment
