    Quick Ownij Update

Ownij Digital Entertainment's next CS tourney in Irvine, California will be happening in just nine days! They've restructured their center to accomodate eight teams, with two private clan rooms.

Ownij's event will be powered with their hefty T1 connection and the finals will be displayed on their hilariously large 61-inch Sony big screen.
Our upcoming tournament is broken up into 2 time slots each offering a $500 first prize, with only 6 teams present! That is the lowest team to cash prize ratio being offered! If you decide to sign up for both slots you could cash in $1,000 dollas!!!

Only 6 days left to rsvp your team by emailing tournies@ownij.com and including the following info:

    Team Roster (must be accurate)

    Team Name

    Website

    IRC Channel

So head over to www.ownij.com and sign up!!
You can grab more info in our preview news post. Ownij is a really cool center and if you're not going to this tourney, be sure to check out the LAN center itself in Irvine some time.

I thought that the "1st!" was in reference to the placement of the winning team for the 1 grand.

I doubt it, or else he wouldn't have used an exclamation mark afterwards - which to me symbolizes the end of a sentence. If he was talking about first place, then he should learn grammar before he posts anywhere.

Not that it really matters that much anyway, but I agree with the way the mods try to keep stupidity away for the most part. Makes CS-Nation a better community overall.

Wow, what a big TV. I've got a 60" in my house. You think a projector and a big blank wall wasn't a better idea?
