I don't think TEC got lucky, and I don't think this is there shot at a "fair match". Would shock of won it without k's config hacks? More than likely yes, those changes don't really mean much. But he broke a straight forward rule and they are fucking lucky they get to replay. And this will set an example to all future players that you play by the book and like it.

there is a reason the rules are what they are its for a level playing field
