No no... I know what you mean, but that's not how DocUK did it. Why? Because, look. The HUD weapon sprites have a green ammo counter. This ammo counter only appears if you already have the gun in your "inventory"... the sprite that appears on the side doesn't have a green ammo counter. At least not to my knownlege. I could be wrong though.

I've tried hacking. I did it in random pubs so I could see what cheater's see and hopefully have a better idea on how to catch them. I did it PURELY for research and even told the admins after I had been on their server that I was hacking. That's when I tried to hide it...other times I was banned for blatant hacking. This was a while ago too....like way before VAC.

Actually, if i were to cheat i would get bored really quickly. No challenge, thats why I play. I love to push myself. If cs ever got really easy for me, i would probably quit even if i wasnt cheating. I do however look for people cheating by these set of guidelines....



Wallhacking



I look for people trailing others through walls. Ill use militia for an example. Say there was a T in bathroom andknew a ct was outside. CT doesnt know but he passes by the door wheree the T is camping, natural instinct would tell that T to trail him if that ct got in his crosshairs and still in his site (which he would be if he was wall hacking)



Aimbot - obvvious



Speedhack - Most speed hackers lag like AHSOAHDKJBJDBDABDAB. Look for 0 ping by there name when that happens(though its not a sure thing)



Also look for ANY slight speed up from firing their weapon. Speed hackers are both obvious and camoflauged, they are no real threat though.



Most of the time skill is mistook for hacking, or even luck. I have a tendancy to trail someone to a point where i think they are when they retreat behind a wall and get a headshot. I get a lot of kills like that mainly because i am a lil trigger happy, and i love my trigger.

I hacked when it was funny, and not used in competition. I actually enjoyed people teleporting and shooting rockets at me, I found humor in it. I don't see a reason to believe why people would hack in pubs though, there is nothing to win. I can see a reason to hack in CAL, by hacking you win, and by winning you obtain status. In a pub you obtain nothing. I don't condone hacks, but I'm just seeing a lack of reason to hack in a pub.

I think that one of the problems withhacker detection, is that hacking when done 'properly' by members of this evil community, and ther is a community, full of shortcut teens and desperate to impress kiddies, that hack 'well'. By this I mean, the types of hackers who, dont have auto aim turned on on their aimbot, who only aim when They have passed the x hair over u, hat only turn on their hacks breifly to gain advantages. These are the insidious scum that should be brought to book for ruining the game. Like i sai9d before and has been tried onsome servers here, (n its no good withut enforcemenet,) U make connectionto a server partof legally binding contract upon connection, n if they cheat they are in breach of contract. Very simple, fine em, sue em they wont cheat.
