The fact of the matter is that zEx is often times a shoe-in for every online match they play - it's a rare occasion they are beaten online, and when it happens it's always by a nose. Lan is an entirely different animal, and while you did push TSO to the limit, you haven't proven as strong and consistent on lan as you have online. Get pissed all you want, but the facts back it up. I think you guys have enormous talent, but when you go crazy over something as trivial as being called online superstars, it really shows the community is getting to you. Your best bet is to just enjoy the limelight while you're in it and not worry about what others say.
If I were you, I'd quit worrying about the opinions of others and focus on my game. After all, you're playing cs to win, right?

I'm referring to the "online superstars" statement. Our 4 main starters still remain and we have picked up 2 players who have always performed well in a lan environment. I'm not saying we will be some unstoppable team with this new lineup. I'm simply stating we are JUST as good on lan as we are online. He could of just as easily said "WEW beat them 13-3 recently as WCG but zEx has performed very well online as of late so it could go either way". We do perform well online.. but hinted that we cheat or at some sort of foul-play isn't necessary in my opinion.

yes the community has gotten to us... after getting called hackers, having "hacked configs" and just plain "shit on lan" 24/7 by people we don't know and even people we do when we have never done anything to deserve it... it gets to you... we work hard to accomplish what we have accomplished and we don't enjoy the constant flaming .. its not a good feeling when you read peoples comments and they have gone out of their way to make you look bad.. not just here, sogamed, domainofgames, challenge-cs, etc... we are hated by so many people just because we are successful.. but I guess thats typical in lifeComment

wow, i didnt expect WEW to win, but damn, thats pretty cool. i do think though that Rival will beat them in the finals.
and i can back sublyme on what he said about being professional. ive never seen him post anything off topic, or half assed. he did a lot of work with esports and deffinetly for the summer cpl.

i thought zEx was gonna win too.. they are just so zExy (and i'm so corny :) seemed like they had it but i guess something happened.. i watched the whole match on HLTV and was rootin for em but.. oh well shit happens
and Titus.. you shouldn't listen to other people (and although this contradicts what I just said) just play the game and have fun.. as long as your having fun then you won't have to think about any misinterpreted issues or any people who have tried to degrade you.. i really don't think this issue would be as big if it was the otherway around and sublyme said you were LAN superstars and not nearly as good online (probably wouldn't have been misinterpreted). don't see why people get so annoyed by being degraded by websites, i mean sure, tons of people see it.. but who honestly cares? as long as your playing the game you love to play, they can say all the shit they want; all you gotta do is continue the great gameplay :)
3d is really missing one thing that X3 had (which I thought was awesome): they were so loose.. they reminded me of the mongols with their ability to adapt so well, which, imo, was one reason 3D lost against rival; their ability to adapt fast to a situation didn't kick in until it was almost too late.. they came back with 5 straight wins after Rival won the first 7 rounds on nuke as CT; as CT they couldn't adapt fast enough to notice that RIVAL kept rushing the front yard/middle (barely ever rushed hard left)...
imho.. they really need to work on their ability to adapt to situations, if its at all possible (maybe a clan is just born with it?)
one thing i liked is that they stomped RIVAL though when they tried to hard rush middle twice, those were just rapes lolComment
