i always miss mailbags aswell :) but what i am saying is that you can choose wether a door is open or closed not open for a couple of seconds and then shut again..that would be better along with other things.

#38 well mappers would like to do that but:

this will make the map very laggy, all entity infomation, things that change, are handled by the server and given out to the clients. This has to be like this, because things that can change need to be percieved the same way by everyone and the only way to do this is through the server. In the new mapping utilities the mapper will be able to choose what is handled by the server and what is handled by the client, but changeble objects have to be handled by the server. Therfore don't expect to many moveable/breakable objects...

why get rid of iceworld stuff? all mappers will do is make defuse maps without bombspots..

knocking people out with grenades is cool..so when you're not totally flashed at least it has some effect. why would a smoke grenade make you dizzy, though? smoke allergy?

you cant do the wooden deck thing with CS because if you shoot away the supports the deck would just float in the air. the breaking-door thing is quite innovative, tho, gotta try that out.

some more gun variety would be nice..like when T's buy an mp5 it would be a normal mp5, and when CT's buy it it would be an mp5sd.
