I think it's funny that he's suing a a Non Profit 100% free organization that thousands of gamers rely on to maintain their esports community/find scrims/talk shit.
What a fucking selfish waste of a human being.

In cases like this, This Donald guys is going to win. He owns the domain name and in every case i've heard of that pretty much gives you right to everything. Even if he doesn't own "gamesnet" it will still end up being returned to him as the registrater. Which in turn gives him huge ammounts of power over the influence of the company.Comment

None of that law training relates to the U.S. legal system though, aren't you in the U.K.? Society and politics are not law. AND REGARDLESS of any of that, even if you were a full fledged lawyer you would not be practicing here or have even lived here so again you have no basis with which to throw out your rediculous stereotypes. I would love to hear or see some examples/statistics that back up where money guarantees you a win. If anything race here is more of a factor than money.

Why does it seem that you guys complain so much about GamesNET's network, but most of you are GamesNET's users and use it everyday. I don't understand, if you hate their service so much and think there is a netsplit every two hours, then I don't understand why you stay. Stop complaining...their helpers are volunteers (they have lives too).Comment

It's probably the only time this excuse will ever fly, but I use gamesnet because everyone else does. CAL, and most everyone's CS clan in the US. It's not like you can just get everyone to switch IRC servers without a major incentive. Sure, Gamesnet does suck sometimes but not enough so that everyone should move to another server.Comment

Thanks. Yes, we do have lives (well i am only a helper), but we try to help everyone, keep the servers running, while giving all 50,000+ users a day an equal scenario.

Well all i would have to do is take the new york bar to practice there and I never said Money Guarantees a win. You must admit, in your legal system, (Which incidently, I HAVE examined the workings of in all the subjects I have studied,) money is a substantial factor when it comes to winning litigation.

Porkbarreling and constant filing of spurious claims and counter claims, costs money, and the last time I checked you couldnt hire the best legal firms with legal aid (a system our country has to enable the poor access to the system, u woudnt have heard of it, since welfare for the underprivilidged isnt something your caring society really does), so unless your lawyers have developed a social conscience to provide pro rata free legal work,(or are poorly qualified and have no option, in most cases, though there are some conscientious lawyers there
you cannot acess the legal system. Learn about your own system before you try to defend it, then maybe u wouldnt seem as ignorant as u do.
