GamesNET Lawsuit

I am sure, if you are a GamesNET user or fan, you have heard about the lawsuit with a former staff member. The Plaintiff, Donald "CoolHandLuke" Wasylyna, is going against the Board Members at GamesNET for a myriad of reasons. The file for the first response of GamesNET can be found at this URL:

Looks like he got pissed when they switched the domain registrant from him to "board of directors, gamesnet"



He claims they stole the name and site from him, and it's possible.. It sounds like there was some kind of disagreement and since he was the registrant he felt he owned the company, and that they were as stated in the response "hijacking" the name.



should be intresting, another intellictual properties case. internet suits are always sketchy.

1)Dont do anything without a legally binding contract, cover your ass!

These jackasses are getting some publicity out of this, bt essentially they are demonstrating the unproffesionalism of their team by getting people to take sides in what is essentially a legal battle. It has nothing to do with the opinions of international ga,ing teenagers, and quite frankly, shows them to be immature.
