Linux Steam Server

There's now a Linux client for the current Steam beta (note that even though it's the Steam client, you can only download the HLDS BETA server so this is only good for hosting servers). If you wish to run a server, click through for the download information. Also, keep in mind this is still in beta form, so VALVe asks that you report bugs via the Steam forums.

Crap, I got all excited for a second there after reading this. Was I the only one?



Ok, ok. I was anticipating the Linux HLDS server to be updated after yesterday's mention of it floating around and being released soon. So I shouldn't have gotten taken by surprise.
