I'm not impressed by the maps, why don't they have better looking textures and lighting? It just seems way too plain.



And I know that the HL engine is capable of beautiful lighting effects, eg/ caen and sicily in DOD. no this is not a dod is better post, I'm just saying the maps in dod have the lighting ambiance that could at least win you over in screenshots.
