Jonny "boms" Quach, is playing with Team 3D. He will be playing with them at the WCG USA semi-finals (and finals, assuming they make it that far) after which, he will return to zEx. 3D's Torbull announced the decision yesterday:

After several failed attempts to clone Ksharp and use the clone as our fifth person for the WCG, we have found our final player. Team 3D's lineup for the 2003 WCG USA Finals is: moto, Bullseye, Ksharp, Rambo, and Jonny "boms" Quach from teams such as WEW and currently zEx. boms will not be playing with us at the upcoming Summer CPL; he is a stand in for the WCG USA semi-finals on July 19th and the USA Finals in LA on August 15th -- 17th. He will be playing with zEx at the upcoming ESWC Finals in France and at the Summer CPL.

WCG is about countries, not about clans. It is supposed to find the best team in the country. The team could just be five of the best guys from five different clans.
