According to the latest Team Fortress 2 blog entry, a big update is expected to be released tomorrow for Team Fortress 2. No, this isn't the highly anticipated Scout update that everyone is clamoring for, but the team says that update is coming soon.

The update that is tentatively slated for release tomorrow (Wednesday, January 28, 2009). This update is mainly for bug fixes and exploit fixes. The team says that another update may come as soon as later this week that will allow players to keep their unlocks constant across multiple computers.

Tomorrow's update will actually make Natascha a more tempting choice for those who have unlocked the alternative to Sasha.
(T)here was a bug that caused her to lose 0.75 damage off each individual bullet she fired. She spits out so many bullets that a tiny amount like that added up to a significant difference. Tomorrow's update will fix that, and also includes a slight boost to the amount of slowdown she delivers. Our internal playtesters have been finding her much more useful, especially on the large number of Scouts running around with new toys.
More behind the scenes information on TF2 can be found at the TF2 blog. Stay tuned for the update for TF2 that will hopefully arrive tomorrow.
