While they were shown off during Sony's E3 2013 conference yesterday, it was revealed today that both Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV will be coming to the Xbox One in addition to the PlayStation 4.
This confirmation comes from Square-Enix's Shinji Hashimoto. It was also revealed that Final Fantasy 15 will make use of DirectX 11, which will apparently make it a lot easier to cross-develop the game for both Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
