Microsoft 'Working to Address' DRM Concerns for the Xbox One

Microsoft isn't yet saying what exactly it is they're doing but they are apparently doing something to address the concerns users have over the highly restrictive DRM reports that have been floating around for the Xbox One.

Xbox Live's Major Nelson said the following:

"We're fully aware of what is going on. I am also working on a few things to address it. I can't say much more right now. But we ARE listening."

Listening aided by the Kinect 2.0! Coming soon to a store near you!

So far Microsoft has said they will allow for used games and will allow for offline play, provided you phone home once every 24-hours. Then again, they've also filed for some rather suspicious patents, so perhaps it's just time to wait and see how this comes to pass. I wonder how many of you will get the reference of the image posted above.
